Noels Travels (‘the Company, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’) accepts bookings subject to the following conditions. We wanted to inform that these conditions will be applicable only for tour arrangements booked by the clients with the company. Once you book your tour package with us, it means that you have accepted our terms and conditions in a correct manner. All references in these conditions such as “booking”, “tour” or arrangements means the tour arrangements and does not specify anything particular. Please ensure to read over the terms and conditions in our website as to get a clear idea of the respective rights.

  • Full Payment of the trip cost must be completed before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.
  • The IDs shall all be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.
  • The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
  • International Guest are advised that their passport must be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of intended travel and not damaged in any way. Noel Travels does not take any responsibility for clients who book travel with passports that do not meet this requirement. It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure that their passport is valid for the required period before making any travel bookings through Noel Travels. Any denial of entry at immigration, and any additional cost arising out of alternate arrangements for deporting has to be borne by the client.
  • Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
  • A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed with extra charges.
  • The itinerary can be modified as per your requirement.
  • AC will not be functional anywhere in cool or hilly areas.
  • Please note and be informed that there will be no refund of money after the packages commences and if one cannot complete activity or get sicks enroute.
  • We do not provide any insurance policy to cover for the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.
  • Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical the ability of participants etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort and general well-being.
  • No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial Tour Operator and we aspire to bring to you a hassle-free and memorable experience. Noel Travels reserves the right to take appropriate action, which may include but is not limited to verbal warnings, mediation with a trip captain, or even removal from the tour at the traveler's own expense.
